"The Kouri’s have always been more than helpful to me and my family. They helped my mother in law sell her family’s house at top dollar and helped my sister buy her first house. Paul and Lee are are who I recommend to everyone looking to buy and sell! They are the best, most hard working real estate agents I’ve ever known 😊! You guys rock!"

"The Kouri Team did a spectacular job listing and selling our old home, for over 10% above asking, and they were awesome in finding us a new home. Their work in helping coordinate all the moving parts (pun intended) of buying and selling our home was super efficient and amazing. They are a great team!"

"The Koury Team (Lee and Paul) were wonderful to work with on the sale of two homes we had over the past several years. They have aways gone out of their way to make the process very easy for us.
They were quick to respond to any questions and offered solid advice for things we should or should not do to present the best attributes for existing market to maximize the sale. They really know their stuff and are so personable, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!"

"We cannot say enough great things about the experience we had while purchasing a home with Lee and Paul. Anytime we had a question, request, or were interested in viewing a house, Lee and Paul made it their priority to help us. Both were comfortable giving their honest opinions on houses we looked at, and they were as dedicated to finding to right home for us, as we were.
When we were finally ready to make an offer on a house it was as if we were their only client and they stayed in constant communication; giving us updates as they got them. This was very calming during a stressful process (for first time home buyers) and it made the whole process extremely easy.
I would recommend Lee and Paul to any family member, friend, or anyone looking to purchase a home. Their dedication to their clients and passion for finding the right home for their clients makes them a great team to work with."

"I purchased my house from Lee and Paul in 2012 and even though they were working for the seller and I was the buyer, I was so impressed with their professionalism that I decided to use them when I was ready to sell the house. They are wonderful to work with due to their knowledge and responsiveness. They understood that I wanted to sell the home quickly and worked with me to establish the best asking price and the house sold quickly with multiple offers exactly as discussed. I highly recommend Lee and Paul for anyone looking to sell or buy a home, they are the experts!"

"Paul and Lee are a great team. I’ve worked with them twice selling homes in Westwood. They are knowledgeable and provide great guidance about what improvements to make. The partners they recommended (painters, attorneys etc) have been great to work with as well. They definitely have a solid process and are very responsive. One of the properties had lots of complex issues and they helped navigate it all. They are also a pleasure to work with! You can’t miss with the Kouri team."

"Experts say one of the most stressful experiences in life is buying/selling a house — the experts are correct! However, having the right professionals on your side during these transactions makes a world of difference. We simply cannot say enough about our experience working with Paul and Lee (The Kouri Team) as we sold our home of 27.5 years and bought a new house. Their continuous and constant level of professionalism and knowledge made the whole process so much less stressful. From their marketing knowledge and strategy on the sale of our former home, their “Rolodex of contractors” who helped us get the house in great shape for sale, to their construction process knowledge and advice on our new home, they were absolutely invaluable in getting us into our dream home. Between the two of them, there was never a question or issue that was unresolved, a text or email that was unanswered. Lee and Paul were with us every step of the way, guiding us through the complex processes and transactions, making sure we understood everything and were comfortable in each step. Stressful - absolutely — but we were confident they would do everything they could to make it all happen. I cannot imagine working with any other realtor because their level of service was so exceptional, and I recommend them to everyone I know. To top it all off, Lee and Paul are also just incredibly kind and nice people who genuinely care about their clients!"

"Bought a home sight-unseen during COVID in 2020. Paul and Lee made sure I was informed and aware of what I was getting. Two years later, we sold the same home (military move) and they were instrumental in getting us across the finish line again. Thanks Kouri Team!"

"Paul and Lee Kouri are the real deal, when it comes to honesty and integrity and experience. They give every one of their customers the same attention to detail, without making you feel like your home is just a number. They worked with us to make sure that we knew what we needed to do to make our house the best it could be, for the budget we had, and for what we needed to sell it for…and worked overtime to get it sold. They explained everything along the way so we felt comfortable with every step and assuaged every fear that came up. I would, wholeheartedly, recommend the Kouri Team to anyone looking to sell their home in MA. My only regret is that we didn’t have them as our buyers agent for our next home here in Texas. They have our trust and our loyalty. Thank you, Paul and Lee."

"Lee and Paul are great. I was a first time buyer looking for a condo. They are very attentive and super responsive. I felt comfortable with them the whole time. They got me connected to all the necessary parties and the whole process was smooth and fast. "

"The Kouri Team is an excellent working machine, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. From their initial interview at the house they provided hints and ideas for staging the house. Their communication for the open house was always informative and timely which was very important since I had tenants in one unit and I needed to give them notice. The strategy the Kouri Team used produced multiple offers and their handling of the process was so professional I was impressed. Right up to the closing they made the experience of selling so easy, it was great."

"Lee and Paul were so great to work with. Their experience and knowledge was evident and gave me peace of mind during a confusion process. They were also just really supportive and kind. Can’t recommend them enough."

"The Kouri Team was an impeccable partner- they were organized, consistent, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. We felt confident throughout the process as the Kouri Team showed an exceptional attention to detail leaving the feeling execution would be flawless. We were able to sell a home we loved in a neighborhood we loved to people we felt would love it, as well, and we were able to do so in a way that felt positive for all involved. Thank you, Lee and Paul!"

"I had an outstanding experience working with the Kouri Team! They seamlessly guided us through the process of selling our home and buying a new one. Their patience and thoroughness were truly remarkable. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and we highly recommend the Kouri Team’s expertise to anyone looking to navigate the real estate market."

"My husband and I have worked closely with the Kouri team for years. They have supported us every step of the way when purchasing our first house in this unpredictable market. Their professionalism, knowledge and skill is unparalleled. I couldn’t imagine going through anyone else to buy or sell.
Thank you Lee and Paul for everything!"

"This team was excellent and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to other home buyers."

"The Kouri Team gave my wife and I all the tools we needed to succeed in buying our first house. Paul and Lee are experts in the field which gave us peace of mind when it came time to make daunting decisions. While we always felt like we were in the driver’s seat, they supported us throughout the process, gave us perspective, and were responsive to any communication. We’d highly recommend working with them!"

"It was excellent working with both Lee and Paul for both the selling of our old house and purchase of our new one. My wife and I appreciated the honest assessments of what needed to happen to provide us with the best opportunity to sell our house and then subsequently giving great advice while our new house was under construction. Their experience and always being available to discuss issues that arose was reassuring during the long transition. Thank you to the Kouri Team!"

"My entire experience with The Kouri Team was amazing, they guided me and advised me on multiple properties and helped me secure my first home"

"We would highly recommend Lee and Paul Kouri. We originally found The Kouri Team several years ago through the Dave Ramsey Trusted program, and met Paul when we were interested in viewing a specific property. Though we ultimately didn’t make on offer on that property at the time, we had a good impression of Paul, and decided to call him back when we decided to move, for the sale of our home. Both Paul and Lee were great to work with. They are excellent with communication, and gave valuable candid feedback about areas to focus on for minor improvements before we listed our home. They were also able to recommend a home stager, which I believe made a huge difference in how our listing pictures came out. We were so happy with our experience with them, that we also worked with them to sell our rental property immediately after. They went above and beyond in terms of helping us with the process, including helpful reminders and emails to get us through all of the details with a home sale. I couldn’t recommend them enough, and will definitely give them a call if we have future real estate needs."
